This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in Crime No.131 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.131 of 2022 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
