PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondents herein directing them to not to harass the petitioners in any manner.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein directing them to not to harass the Petitioners in any manner.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Petitioners are husband and wife. The first Petitioner's mother gave complaint to the police, based on which the second Respondent is harassing the Petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that parents of the first Petitioner gave complaint regarding missing of the first Petitioner. Subsequently it was found that she eloped with the second Petitioner and got married and till date they are absconding.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners would submit that the first Petitioner is major aged about 18 years on the date of missing. 2/4

5. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners the second Respondent is directed not to harass the Petitioners. The Petitioners are directed to appear before the second Respondent and co-operate with the pending investigation.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
