ORDER
The petitioner with a grievance that the private respondents have blocked the common path way of Thottichi Amman Temple has lodged a complaint and also filed this petition seeking a direction to the Police to take action as against the private respondents. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the fifth and sixth respondents submits that the seventh and eighth respondents claim that the subject land is their patta land and the petitioner is not having any document to substantiate that the subject land is a common path way. 2/4
3.In view of the above, the petitioner has to workout the right of the path way only before the civil Court. The respondent Police as well as this Court have nothing to do with the same. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
