The petitioner, a student of Mother Terasa College of Nursing, Pudukottai has applied for an Educational Loan and filed this writ petition that her application has not been considered by the respondent Bank.

2.Mr.C.Karthick, learned Counsel who takes notice for the respondent Bank submits that the petitioner has submitted her application through online on 02.06.2023 and thereafter she has not approached the Bank with relevant documents. He further submits that as and when the petitioner approaches the respondent bank with relevant documents, the respondent would consider the same in accordance with their norms.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the respondent Bank along with the relevant documents on 02.08.2023 at 10.30 a.m. Based on the documents, the respondent Bank shall take a decision within a period of two weeks from thereon. No costs. 27.07.2023 NCC : Yes / No.
