Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court directing the respondents to pay the lump sum Payment a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and the Special Monthly Pension a sum of Rs.2,000/- for every month from the date of retirement ie., 31/07/2019 to the petitioner based on the Government order in G.O.Ms.No.348 (Finance (Pay Cell) Department ) dated 28/11/2017 within a stipulated time may be fixed by this court.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.4409 of 2014, dated 02.03.2020 has been complied with and he has also produced the copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.B1/206/2021, dated 05.02.2021 to that effect. 2.Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
