ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal filed against the order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.347/A2/2016 dated 17.04.2017 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2018. 2.The Writ Petition is disposed of, as orders of the larger Bench are awaited.

3.Under these circumstances, the respondents are directed to keep the petitioner's complaint pending and shall await for the decision of the larger Bench 2/4

of this Court touching upon the powers under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908. No costs.
