ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the the respondents 1 to 7 to take action against the respondents 8 to 12 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor based on the complaint of the Petitioner herein the seventh respondent had conducted enquiry and closed the enquiry as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3. Recording the same, the petition stands closed. However, the Petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate Court seeking legal remedy available to her as per law. No costs. 07.11.2024 Index: Yes/No Internet : Yes/No aav 3/5
