Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent, impugned in Refusal Check Slip in Dispute No. 38 of 2020, dated 14.12.2020 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the principles of natural justice and further direct the respondent to forthwith register the Gift Deed in favour of his wife dated 14.12.2020.

ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the first respondent in the refusal cheque slip in Dispute No.38 of 2020, dated 14.12.2020, quash the same and further direct the first respondent to register the gift deed dated 14.12.2020 executed by the petitioner in favour of his wife.
2. The reason for the refusal to register the gift deed was in the light of an objection by one M.Palanivel, who is none else than the father of the petitioner herein.
3. It is informed that the objector is no more. Therefore, considering the fact that the only impediment to the registration is the objection given by the objector, who is no more, the first respondent shall forthwith register the gift settlement deed dated 14.12.2020.
4. In the result, this writ petition is allowed directing the first respondent to register the gift deed dated 14.12.2020 forthwith. No costs.
