ORDER

The respondent herein/complainant has filed an execution petition in E.P.No.33 of 2017 in C.C.No.256 of 2015 before the Sub Court, Aruppukottai to recover the award amount passed by the Lok Adalat in a litigation arising out of 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The said petition was allowed directing the respondent therein to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,61,010/- out of the total award amount of Rs.2,00,000/-. Challenging the same, the judgment debtor has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to make the remaining payment.

3.Considering the said request, the petitioner is directed to deposit the remaining amount before the E.P.Court on or before 24.04.2020.
