Petitioners Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 21/02/2014 made in I.A. No.73 of 2012 in O.S.S.R. No.343/11.04.2012 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli and allow the above Civil Revision Petition. ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court in C.R.P.(MD). No.1004 of 2014, dated 23.03.2022, and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli vide letter D.No.10380, dated 10/11/2022, this Court made the following order: "The learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli sent a letter dated 10.11.2022 requesting further time of six months to dispose of OS.32 of 2014 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23.03.2022.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the above letter a further time of six months is granted from today to dispose of OS.No.32 of 2014."
