ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Admittedly, the writ petitioner participated in the survey conducted by the competent authorities. Survey was conducted in the presence of the petitioner, other encroachers and land owners. The petitioner has also signed the survey report by stating that he has identified his land and also the encroached the lands.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the land in S.No.580. 2/4
3. Per contra, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the encroachments are identified in S.Nos.581, 582, 583 and 596. Thus, the authorities have proposed to remove the encroachments in Sl.Nos.581, 582, 583 and 596. Since the doubt raised by the petitioner is clarified, no further adjudication is to be undertaken.
