Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide employment to the petitioner in the post of Salesman in TASMAC Shop, Oddanchathiram on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2018, within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has sought for employment with the respondent Corporation and since his representation in this regard was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made in his representation, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2018, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
