"
ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. D.S.Haroon Rasheed, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi Government Advocate(Criminal Side), for the respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:
"This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to extend the time imposed in in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9540 of 2024 and permit the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Court.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not produce the sureties before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
