ORDER

Challenge has been made to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in RFL/Peraiyur/9-2022 dated 23.08.2022 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed dated 16.08.2022 passed in favour of the petitioner within a specific time.

2. Heard both side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire sale consideration has been paid back and he is not going for registration. He further submitted that since the petitioner has already paid the registration charges, the same can be returned since the document has not been culminated as sale deed.

4. Hence, the respondents are directed to refund the registration charges already paid by the petitioner in this regard. Accordingly, this writ petition is 2/4
