The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 296, 329(1) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023, and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Counsel For State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that as of now no case / no enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
