ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to direct the respondents more particularly to the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the third respondent/ defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
