PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the order dated 30.04.2014 passed in I.A.No.217 of 2014 in O.S.No.116 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Karur and allow the present civil revision petition.

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.04.2014 passed in I.A.No.217 of 2014 in O.S.No.116 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Karur and allow the present civil revision petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to long pendency of I.A.No.217 of 2014, the learned Additional District Munsif, Karur, has closed the said application on 30.4.2021 and posted the suit for trial on 09.07.2021. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision.

3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
