COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the orders, dated 27.11.2013, passed in I.A.No.1363 of 2013 in O.S.No.537 of 2011 and I.A.No.1364 of 2013 in O.S.No.541 of 2011 by the Principal District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of these Civil Revision Petitions, the trial Court has dismissed the suits in O.S.No.537 of 2011 and O.S.No.541 of 2011 on 25.02.2019 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

4. Recording the said submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
