ORDER

After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, but also made a prayer to preserve the rights of the writ petitioner to file a Writ Petition on the same cause of action by enclosing documents / records if any as to how the writ petitioner got the property in question.

2.Writ Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with the above rider. Learned counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement in the case file for withdrawal. 3.Instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. No costs.
