Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner alleges that in the patta in respect of the petition mentioned property, the extent has been erroneously shown. He wants the same to be corrected. He has given a representation dated 30.03.2022 in this regard. 3.The first respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
