2.Today(18.08.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/contemnor submits that the complaint of this petitioner, dated 30.11.2024 has been enquired as current paper enquiry in G3/49962/4918/2024 and it was closed on 18.08.2025. A copy of the closure report is also placed before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
