DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having came up on Tuesday the Sixth day of August Two thousand and Nineteen upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Tribunal and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.A.

(1) That the award passed by the Workmen's compensation Commissioner -cum -Deputy commissioner of Labour Tiruchirapalli, dated 20.05.2015 made in W.C.No.149 of 2014 be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed;

(2) That the Appellant/Transport Corporation be and hereby is directed to deposit the amount awarded by the Court below,along with interest after deducting the amount already deposited if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment;

(3) That on such deposit being made, the claiments be and are hereby permitted to withdraw the award amount as per order of the Court below; and
