O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was an agreement between the petitioner and the third respondent with regard to the purchase of the four wheeler bearing registration No.TN 07 CU 4914 for a sale consideration of Rs.3,30,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs & Thirty Thousand only) and Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) has been paid by the petitioner on the date of agreement itself and according to the agreement after paying the balance amount, RC book to be handed over the petitioner. But when the petitioner came along with the balance amount, the third respondent refused to receive the same. Later has given the false complaint. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16295 of 2021 enquiry has been conducted and second respondent pressurized the petitioner to settle the issue.

3.Since it is a sale transaction dispute between the parties, the second respondent may not have any say in it. The second respondent may conclude the enquiry by advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
