This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the petitioner for the Post of Record Clerk, at the second respondent's College, based on his merit and Communal Reservation, in the light of the Order passed by this Court, dated 24.10.2017 in W.P(MD)No.32855 of 2013 and the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 2007(8) SCC 785 (Rajesh Kumar Daria Vs. W.P(MD)No.19585/2019 2.The relief sought for in the present writ petition, seeking for appointment to the petitioner, is not maintainable at this distance point of time, as much as the selection process has been completed during the year 2017 itself.
