The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 01.02.2014 passed in I.A.No.665 of 2013 in O.S.No.210 of 2002 on the file of the Distrcit Munsif Court, Sivakasi.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has disposed of the suit in O.S.No.210 of 2002 on 05.07.2016.

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous, leaving https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
