ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer O.S.No.25 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Pudukottai to be tried along with M.C.No.50 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli.

2.The petitioner has filed M.C.No.50 of 2021 before the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli. The respondent, on the other hand filed O.S.No.25 of 2021 before the Family Court, Pudukkottai to dissolve the marriage with the petitioner.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the Court inclined to allow this petition. O.S.No.25 of 2021 is directed to transferred from the Family Court, Pudukottai to the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli and tried along with M.C.No.50 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli.

3. With the above observations, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
