ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, dated 26.11.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent / Bank, submitted that since there was no bidder, the proposed auction did not take place.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and the same is accordingly, closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
