This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith arrange for the disbursement of the provident fund amount, together with the accrued interest, through the competent authorities under the Employees' Provident Fund Scheme, based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's husband was employed as a driver with the third respondent and was drawing a monthly salary of Rs.12,000/-. Since no orders have been passed on the said representation, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition.
