PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2024 and 27.05.2024 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired surveyor, seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 18.05.2024 and 27.05.2024.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has brought to the notice of the Court that the representation of the petitioner has been considered by the fifth respondent and he has passed an order on 27.06.2024, which has been received by the writ petitioner on 08.07.2024. Since the said order is adverse to the writ petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the said order, if he is so advised.

3.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
