This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the Fair and Ex-order passed in E.P.No.64 of 2009 in O.S.No.386 of 2006 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar dated 15.04.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
