This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order passed in E.A.No.137 of 2011 in E.P.No.17 of 2010 in O.S.No.219 of 2006, dated 10.01.2014, on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Sankarankoil.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is not pressing this Civil Revision Petition, since the petitioner has already vacated and is not continuing in the said premises.
