ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order of refusal check slip issued by the 2nd respondent vide Refusal Number. 2/2025 dated 30.05.2025 and consequently, to direct the respondents to receive and register the gift deeds dated 15.04.2025.

2.Through the impugned order, the respondents have stated that 3rd party has objected to register the same.

3.This issue has already been considered by this Court and this Court has held that 3rd party objection cannot be a reason to refuse registration. Therefore, the impugned refusal check slip is quashed and the respondents are directed to register the deeds within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
