ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 494 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.not of known on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.It is a issue between the husband and wife. The wife lodged a complaint stating that she was driven out of the matrimonial home by the petitioners demanding dowry.

3.Since the FIR has not been registered based on the complaint given by the wife, question of anticipatory bail does not arise at this stage. 4.Let the petitioners appear before the respondent police. The respondent police shall complete the enquiry within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by following proper procedure of law. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioners can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.
