O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his properties situated in S.No.833 to an extent of 3 acres 37 cents and S.No.845 to an extent of 5 acres 87 cents at Karichathan Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 16.08.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they have received the petitioner's representation yesterday (I.e., on 29.08.2022).

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the civil proceedings initiated by the petitioner's vendor went up to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and lastly, the review petition was also dismissed. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.08.2022 and pass 2/4

necessary orders in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
