This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records and set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in C.M.A.No.6 of 2009 on the file of Co-operative Tribunal Cum Principal District Court, Thanjavur, dated 28.06.2012 confirming the order passed in A.R.C.No.406/03-04 dated 19.01.2009 by the second respondent.

2.When the revision was taken up for hearing on 02.07.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has handed over the case bundle along with consent vakalat to the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD) No.1169 of 2014 reported " No Instruction". Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and the case was directed to be listed today (08.07.2021).

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list, the petitioner has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel duly instructed. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
