Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor herein for his willful disobedience of this Court's Order dated 24.06.2022 passed in WP(MD)No.13126/2022 by issuing contempt notice and punishing him under the Contempt of Courts Act. This petition is filed to punish the respondent herein for disobeying the order of this Court in WP(MD)No.13126/2022 dated 24.06.2022. 1/2

2. By the order in WP(MD)No.13126/2022, the respondent herein was directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, investigation was completed and final report was filed on 28.02.2023.

4. The order passed by this Court has been complied with and hence nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. This contempt petition is therefore closed.
