O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and the property situated in S.No.341/7A1, Nagalapuram Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy Distirct, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor 2/5
appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR in Crime No.223 of 2024 came to be registered.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though petitioner has given three complaints, they have not chosen to register the same. He would further submit that when the present petition is filed, they have registered the present FIR against some unknown accused.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the investigating Officer is directed to examine the complainant and by taking note of the same, proceed with the investigation.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 12.08.2024 NCC : Yes/ No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 3/5
