ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Though the petitioner states that some private people have encroached into the public road, which vests with local body, has stated that there is a life threat to him by the encroachers and therefore, she was advised not to implead those individuals. However, the Writ Petition cannot be heard without impleading the local body. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is preserved to the petitioner to file another Writ Petition on the same cause of action after impleading the local body, so that this Court will be in a position to pass direction to the local body. No costs.
