: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the detention order passed by the second respondent made in his proceedings in Cr.M.P.No.12/2019 dated 27.08.2019 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the petitioner's husband namely Gopal @ Gopalakrishnan, S/o.Narayanan, aged about 49 years, now confined at Central Prison, Trichy, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
