O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents Police not to harass the petitioner on the basis of a complaint dated 24.07.2023 allegedly given by the unofficial respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police submits that the complaint dated 24.07.2023 given by the unofficial respondent was enquired into and closed by holding that the dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent is purely civil in nature.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that there are number of cases pending against the petitioner and he is a habitual offender and he has to pay more than one crore.

4. Since the complaint stated to have been filed by the third respondent dated 24.07.2023 has already been closed by the Police, no further order can be passed in this petition. 2/4
