: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in P.D.O.No.43/2019 dated 25.08.2019 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and direct the Respondents to produce the body and person of the Petitioner's son namely Sathishkumar, aged about 37 years, son of Sebasthiyan, now confined at Central Prison, Trichy, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. (Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA., J) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceedings dated 30.10.2019 in G.O.Rt.No.4344, Home, Prohibition and Excise(XIV) Department, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording his submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
