ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in E.P.No.2 of 2012 in O.S.No.5 of 2007, dated 04.03.2014 by the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the Execution Petition has been terminated on 13.07.2016 by the trial Court.

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
