The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the functioning of the petitioner's club namely 'Winner Recreation Club' having office at Door No.17/2/16, Gowri Tourist Home, Kanavaipatti Road, Batlagundu, Nilakkotai Taluk, Dindigul District by considering his representation dated 18.12.2020.

2.Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD)No.19981 of 2020 instructions, would contend that no complaint has been registered against the present petitioner and that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in CSR.No.9 of 2021 and the same is posted for enquiry.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed with a direction to the Inspector of Police, Batlagundu Taluk Police Station, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2020 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. No costs.
