This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 11.02.2014 passed in unnumbered H.M.O.P.No..... of 2014 on the file of the Sub-Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District and to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, to take up the case and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not connected through video conference.

3. On going through the materials placed, this Court is of the view that this Civil Revision Petition, cannot be considered since the H.M.O.P., said to have been filed, was not even numbered.

4. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
