C O M M O N O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ petitions have been instituted to direct the respondents to remove the encroachments made by the fourth respondent in S.Nos. 130/17, 130/14 and 130/1 at Thenneervayal Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District, respectively.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents, based on the written instructions given by the Tahsildar, Devakottai, vide letter dated 16.07.2025, would submit that actions are initiated and notice will be issued to the encroachers and all the encroachments will be removed.

3.In view of the said submission, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to identify the encroachments and evict the encroachers by following the procedures as contemplated under the Act and Rules. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4/6

4.With the above direction, these writ petitions stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
