This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.08.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not chosen to appear before the respondent police.

3.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.08.2022 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
