ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue patta for the properties in S.No. 161/2A to an extent of 24 cents, S.No.158/4 to an extent of 48 cents and 161/4 to an extent of 20 cents situated in Agatheeswaram Village, Agatheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District by considering the petitioner's application, dated Nil 2022.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader has produced an order, dated 27.09.2022 bearing reference No.Ni.Mu.No.A5/3230/2022, by which the request of the petitioner has been rejected.

3. In the light of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 27.09.2022.
