The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 11.12.2013 passed in I.A.No.585 of 2013 in O.S.No.252 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Palani Town, Dindigul District.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has disposed of the suit in O.S.No.252 of 2011 on 15.04.2019.

3. In such view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
