This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents particularly the third respondent / Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing-II, Nagercoil to register a complaint and consider the representation dated 19.12.2020

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that already the representation of the petitioner was considered and action was taken in accordance with law.

4. Already the case was posted under the caption 'For dismissal' and even on several hearings there was no representation on behalf 2/4

of the petitioner. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
