CRIME NO. 189 OF 2022 ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl O.P (MD) No.11381 of 2022 dated 18.07.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JINNAH.S.M.A., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11381 of 2022, dated 18.07.2022. 2.On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

CRL MP(MD) No.10518 of 2022 But, it is stated that there are three more cases pending against the petitioners.
